Help! I can't find my account.

First, follow the instructions here to retrieve your account: https://apba.tracksideapp.com/renew-membership

If you only tried by phone number, try again using email.

If neither phone number or email works, try using your Member ID.

If all 3 methods do not return an account, then your data was likely not included in the list that was imported into the system.

If you have tried all methods of retrieving your account with no luck, simply create a new account and follow these steps: https://apba.tracksideapp.com/new-membership

We will be able to add your original Member ID to your new account, but you will need to contact us to let us know: 

I retrieved my account, but how do I change my password?

If you retrieved your account by email:

The email will include a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to change your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
If you forgot to do this, simply follow the instructions below this image.

If you retrieved your account by phone/text message:

You should know the email address linked to your account. Make sure you are logged out, then go HERE to reset your password. 

Reset Password

You will receive an email with a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to change your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Update Password

It says I need to renew, but I already paid for 2025!

For the members who paid before the new system was ready:

APBA has a list of those who have already paid for 2025. 

All data was imported with the assumption that everyone needs to renew their license for 2025. 

Please wait for further instructions, but rest assured if you paid you do not need to submit payment again.

I share an email with my spouse / my child is too young to have an email address.

Moving forward everyone MUST have their own user account!

No sharing accounts. Why? 

  • Memberships/renewals are tied to each individual's user account
  • Event/race registrations are tied to each individual's user account
  • Emergency Contact info is tied to each user account
  • Scoring/points will be tied to each user account
  • Waivers tied to each user account

In order to create a user account, you will need a unique email address.

If you do not have an email address of your own, you will need to get one.

There are quite a few FREE email account providers. It is quick and easy to set up a new email account. Do a quick internet search for "free email account" and you will see many options; do your own research and choose one for yourself. Or, here is a quick list of some that are out there:

I know my username, but I forgot my password.

If you created a Trackside account in 2024 to register for an event(s) but don't remember your password, follow these instructions to reset your password:

  1. Click here to Log In
  2. Click on Reset your password
  3. Enter your username or email address, Submit
  4. You will receive an email with a one-time log in link. Click on that link to be automatically logged in. You will be prompted to update your password – do so and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
  5. Continue to the section above "VIEW & RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP"
