Friday, Sept 18th, at the office trailer from 6-8 pm.
Saturday, Sept 19th, at the office trailer, 7 am-8:30 am.
Sunday, September 20th, at the office trailer. Drivers and riders must check in at the pavilion between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
 

Driver Meeting:

Saturday - 9 am Sharp under the Pavilion
Sunday - 9 am Sharp under the pavilion
ALL Drivers and Riders must attend and make roll call
Both Days.

**** Please note new RV Parking/Camping procedures. First come, first serve. All RVs must wait for LHRA personnel for parking space. If you come in at night or after hours, PLEASE do not set your RV up, as you may have to move in the morning.
